Tubular glass
Ampoules & injection vials.
Formed from premium Type I borosilicate glass tubing — the reference material for parenteral packaging, with outstanding chemical resistance and tight tubing tolerances.

Choose the glass that suits your formulation.
Clear and amber are our standard. Options -CHR and -PRO are available for clear ampoules and vials.
Clear
Type I borosilicate glass to Ph. Eur. 3.2.1 and USP <660>, hydrolytic class HGB 1.
Amber
For light-sensitive drugs. Protects your product in the UV and blue range.
Controlled hydrolytic resistance
Controlled sodium release from the inner surface for sodium-sensitive products. Same composition as our standard clear glass.
Enhanced chemical durability
For demanding formulations. It has a different composition from standard clear glass — please assess the regulatory impact before switching.

Glass ampoules · ISO 9187-1
Ampoules in three ISO forms.
Precision-formed ampoules for injectables, with break systems and colour coding matched to your product and filling line.
Form BCut ampoule
Straight stem, cut and fire-polished open. Filled through the stem and flame-sealed on your filling line.
Form COpen-funnel ampoule
Wide open funnel that guides the filling needle — a popular choice for high-speed automated filling.
Form DSealed ampoule
Supplied flame-closed so the inside stays clean until the dome is opened on your filling line.

Break systems & marking.

One-point-cut
A pre-scored point under a ceramic colour dot (ISO 9187-2). Opens cleanly with a consistent breaking force.
Colour break ring
A ceramic colour ring at the constriction that sets the breaking line and colour-codes the product.
Score ring
A fine scored ring around the constriction (ISO 9187-1) for a clean break in any direction.

Colour coding & printing
- 1–3 identification rings on the stem, 1.2 mm wide, in any colour sequence you specify
- Ceramic printing of your product name, strength and lot area — fired into the glass, no labels or organic inks
- Lead- and cadmium-free ceramic colours (no intentionally added heavy metals)
- Filling-line ready: tight body and height tolerances, clean fire-polished stems and funnels, packed in clean trays under Class 8 conditions
Standard ring and dot colours. Other shades on request.
Injection vials · ISO 8362-1

The right neck for your stopper.
Every vial size is available with three crimp-neck finishes. The blowback profile is formed inside the neck, so the outside crimp geometry stays the same for your capping line.

No blowback
Straight bore below the crimp flange. The universal finish for serum and lyophilisation stoppers.

European blowback
An internal undercut just below the mouth that holds the stopper plug securely after insertion.

American blowback
A rounded internal groove in the neck that retains stoppers designed for US-style blowback finishes.

Plastic packaging for oral dosage forms
Bottles, closures and dosing cups.
Moulded from pharmaceutical-grade polyolefins selected to Ph. Eur. 3.1.3 and USP <661.1> — designed as matched systems, so bottle and closure are qualified together.

HDPE tablet bottles
Tablet bottles, 60 to 250 ml.
Injection blow-moulded white HDPE bottles for tablets and capsules — one 38 mm neck across the range, one closure for every size.
- White pharma-grade HDPE, masterbatch 2.5 % for opacity
- HDPE's low moisture transmission, sealed hermetically by the induction liner
- Straight body section as a clean label panel
- Stable base for automated filling and capping lines
- Closure and bottle qualified together — one supplier, one change control
